How quickly will you post my order?

We usually dispatch orders on a daily basis by Royal Mail First Class post if payment received by 3pm.

Do you accept any other payment methods?

Yes, we can accept Postal Orders through the post and credit / debit cards over the telephone during shop phone hours ( 9.30 - 12.30 and 2- 4.30pm).

During busy periods we may not be able to answer the phone but please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Do you accept orders over the telephone?

Yes! If you do not want to place an on-line order we are happy to take your order and payment over the telephone

Do you have a shop we can visit?

 Yes! Our opening hours are on our front page.

Do you keep stock of all items on your web-site?

We keep a high level of stock but occasionally we may need to order more to fulfil the same dye-lot. If this happens we will send you an email with expected date of delivery and give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

I can't find an item on your web-site. Can you order it for me?

We have many more items in stock in our shop than on our web-site so please do give us a ring. If we don't stock it in our shop  we may be able to  order the item for you and we will give you an expected date of delivery.
