We now accept payments through PayPal and over the telephone for payments made via credit / debit cards.
For UK orders, we post by First Class Royal Mail, on a daily basis, except for Sundays. Postage is calculated on the weight of the final parcel. FREE UK postage on orders over £55.00
For International orders, we only accept PayPal, and post via Royal Mail Airmail small packet rate.
Refunds:
We accept returns provided the items are returned to us, within 14 days and are in the same condition as they were sent. A refund will be given, or the item(s) exchanged if preferred. However, postage charges will only be refunded if the product is faulty.

Are you just ordering knitting patterns or books ? ( UK )
If only ordering books / knitting patterns the Postage charges are slightly less.
When you get to the Shopping Cart Order Form scroll down to the
Delivery Method / Zone or Area box and click on the drop down box to show:
First Class, UK Books / Patterns
this will then reduce the postage to the correct rate.
